The room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep, since the hotel is close to downtown but far enough from the noise. Breakfast was good, and the staff were kind and attentive. My only complaint about the room is that the bathroom didn't have a handheld hygiene shower.

Adriana at reception took the time to explain the hotel information clearly, including the gym and breakfast, and patiently answered my questions. From our first contact, she treated me with respect, warmth, and courtesy, and was attentive and professional throughout.
