So peaceful and therapeutic, with a lovely setting. The only downside is that it makes you not want to leave.

There’s no real structure to this awful hotel. The air conditioning doesn’t work, it reeks of cockroaches, and there’s simply no parking. Worst setup I’ve ever visited. If you want to come here and get frustrated, go ahead. Zero out of ten.

I drove 400 km specifically for warm water, but the pools were cold, or at best lukewarm. Reception said they were working on the problem, yet the water stayed that way. The hotel itself is good, but I was disappointed and don’t plan to come back.

For the price, the facilities are pretty limited. There are only three pools for a condominium this large. The apartment has electric appliances, but going without a stove is a real problem. A stove is essential.

The garage is a mess, and there aren’t enough spaces for everyone. The staff seemed unhappy with their jobs and were in a very bad mood. I’d give the rooms and pools a 3.
