Natural hot springs, a polished hotel atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make this a relaxing place to stay. The rooms are carefully designed and comfortable, and the resort has impressive pools, activities for all ages and restaurants with local and international dishes. There’s a mix of family fun, water adventures and quiet time in nature, so there’s plenty to enjoy and remember.

Set in the beautiful Cerrado landscape of Goias, the resort has a water park, hot thermal pools, a relaxing atmosphere, great food and good service. The staff do their jobs in a pleasant, capable way, and I especially want to thank Rodrigo Moreira for his excellent work and nice manners. The reception team is friendly too.

The rooms were especially enjoyable: comfortable, accessible and with a beautiful view. There were several fun activities, and the stay was pretty enjoyable. The food was okay, although the special items were expensive. Jefferson attended us.

Breakfast was better than I expected from a Brazilian tourist hotel, and the rooms were pleasant and clean enough. The pool bar is nice, though it gets crowded, and having a lifeguard on duty whenever the pool is open is a real plus. The rest of the hotel could use cleaning and maintenance. We also needed parking help: a pickup was taking up half the lot when we arrived, so we ended up in another hotel's garage. I understand the hotel had only recently reopened after a long COVID closure, and the friendly staff were trying to help, but they seemed disorganized. We weren't told ahead of time that breakfast seating had to be booked, or how lunch at Hot Park worked even though we'd booked it through the hotel. On our arrival night, fries took over an hour, which was rough with hungry kids.
