The staff deserve a special mention. They go out of their way to give you what you need, always with a big smile and a sense of humor. Israel gave us amazing service at dinner.

I visited Rio Quente Resorts last month and was mesmerized by the luxurious accommodations. The staff were excellent too, and I’d love to come back.

Fatima and Bianca Geisiane at the restaurant were the best! All the workers had such a wonderful attitude, and the service was great. The rooms were clean, the food delicious, and everything went perfectly. My family and I felt comfortable here, and I couldn’t be happier with our unforgettable stay.

The service and treatment from all the staff were more than excellent, and the food was unbelievable, both varied and tasty. I highly recommend visiting. This hotel is definitely on my list to come back to multiple times, and you won’t be disappointed.

Five stars for Maria Clara. She was a kind, friendly hostess, always smiling and ready to help with anything.
