Transamerica Fit Rondonópolis

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I travel for work, and they say the invoice will arrive by email, but that didn't happen and it caused me a lot of trouble. I booked online through the Transamerica website. At check-in, the attendant said it could take an hour for the booking to show up, so I was understanding and went out to dinner. When I got back, he stayed in his chair and didn't even seem to check the computer before saying it still wasn't in the system. I asked for the manager because I needed a refund so I could stay somewhere else. Then, somehow, they found my reservation within a minute. Since then, I've been trying to get the invoice by email, but I can't reach them by phone, WhatsApp, or email. I managed to speak to reception once. Even though I asked for the invoice by email, they said they were having trouble printing it. Ridiculous hotel.

I gave up before getting anywhere. The phone service switches between two languages and goes on without getting to the point, and listening to the robots is exhausting. It would be much simpler to ask which language the customer prefers and continue in that language. The whole thing just makes people give up.

More breakfast choices would be welcome. Check-in took a long time, and they could speed things up by sending guests a link to fill out beforehand. It would also be good to have a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The room and bathroom were simple but worked fine, though the TV on the wall looked more like a monitor and could be bigger. Breakfast was basic, tasty, and had some variety. Check-in and checkout both went well, and the staff were helpful.
