The bathroom is very basic, and the room and house are reasonable. It's a quiet place with a good price, easy access, and a parking space for vehicles. It met my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who are particular.

There's no towel to wash your face with, and the fan keeps shutting off. They practically ask for your diploma and résumé before handing over the key.

I grew up in the corridors of this hotel, and it's a great place. Dona Ivete makes the best food. Really good.
