SaltBeach Atalaia Residence Inn - M202

The apartment had all the furnishings and things we needed, though we had trouble figuring out the two TVs, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. There were too many ants in the kitchen, and the shower water in the bunk-bed bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Still, the stay was perfect, and I plan to come back. SaltBeach is great value and very close to Atalaia beach. Tudo Conveniência is practically next door, and we walked there because it was so close. I simply loved staying here! 🤩

The pool was spacious and well maintained, and the hotel was in an excellent location. My room exceeded my expectations: roomy, nicely decorated, very comfortable, with a huge bed, spotless linens, a stunning balcony view, and excellent cleanliness. The team greeted me warmly and were attentive and helpful throughout. Check-in was quick and efficient. I have nothing to complain about.

The access is very dark at night, and the building's stairs up to the apartment are so narrow that only a slim person without luggage can get through. Despite all the shine, this was a poor stay. I wouldn't book Salt Beach Atalaia Residence Inn again. I reserved through booking.com and expected some reliability, but the lovely photos didn't reflect the many problems: the Wi-Fi was different from what was shown, there was no privacy because the glass entry to the living room and kitchen was transparent and visible to neighbors, the TV didn't work, the microwave was broken, basic kitchen cleaning supplies and trash bins were missing, and the suite had no electric shower installed.

The residence was great for safety, comfort, and service. It's close to Atalaia beach, the dunes, Coca-Cola lake, and Farol Velho beach. We even walked to Atalaia on our first day. Best choice!
