The only serious problem I ran into was the laundry service. It felt like the person in charge only did laundry for people who offered something extra, while there was never a slot for anyone trying to use it normally. Whether it was reluctance or favoritism, that’s a grave issue and infringes on ordinary users’ rights. The condominium itself is excellent: new, well maintained, and very well managed. The doormen and cleaning staff were also really polite and kind.
