We rented apartments 202 and 203 through Booking and were treated with a lot of disrespect. The window doors wouldn't lock, and when we told them, the Salvador Flatz agency mocked us over WhatsApp even though we just wanted to feel safe and at ease. We have screenshots of the conversation. The pool wasn't working, so we asked for a discount and have photos of that too. The person called us “your broke ass,” which is no way to treat a customer.

It's a good building, but the parking spaces are extremely tight. Don't even consider it if you're driving a large car.

The apartments are good and well located. There's a bakery, shopping center, supermarkets, lottery shop, and beach nearby.

A beautiful building with a full range of facilities, including a gym, pool, and barbecue area. It's close to Farol da Barra beach, bars, restaurants, a market, and a shopping center.

Modern and beautiful building, with great leisure facilities and a prime location right by Praia do Farol da Barra.
