Fiesta Bahia Hotel

I want to praise the hotel and all its employees, but Jesus Ryan really stood out. He's very friendly and took the initiative to speak with me in English. His English has some grammar mistakes, but it's simple and easy to understand. Unlike the other waiters, who kept passing me around between one another, he stepped in and helped. I congratulated him. As I told him, regular practice at home could help him improve a lot. I wish him and his family all the best.

The staff were kind, friendly, and worked hard, so they deserve top marks. The hotel itself feels worn out, though. My room had scuffed white walls, no decorations, and harsh fluorescent lights. Street noise came straight in because there’s no double glazing, and the food wasn’t good. I don’t like leaving a bad review, but this place needs updating.

I had a comfortable stay, and the free breakfast was great. The bedrooms were comfy too. Some rooms have power outlets that don’t work when you try to charge your phone, and the location is rather central, so it’s not ideal for getting to the best beaches. I’d still recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, and they let us check in early. Reception spoke English well and was ready to help at any time. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, and there’s a large pool open until late in the evening. Breakfast was good too. The location didn’t seem very convenient to me, though maybe I just didn’t have enough time to look around during our two-night stay. I liked this hotel, even if I wouldn’t call it a true five-star place. The price is very attractive. The photo shows the view from our window.
