The shower was the one bright spot, with strong pressure and a great temperature. The hotel is well located and looks lovely from outside, and the staff were friendly and polite. The reception looked nice too, but the room was a huge letdown. It smelled moldy and was very basic. With its thin door, I could hear doors slamming and people walking around all night. I'm a light sleeper and didn't sleep at all. It felt like a cheap motel, nothing like I expected. I can't find much else good to say about the rooms. Maybe 2 or 3 stars. I was put here for the night after my flight was canceled.

Really good experience. There are lots of bars and good food around, and the hotel service was impeccable. Breakfast was definitely a plus.

The room was okay, but it had no hand towels. The smart TV didn't work, Wi-Fi was slow, the minibar had no drinks, and the air conditioning panel barely worked. At the lobby, the service was awful, slow, and rude.

The room was clean, though I expected shampoo and soap, as other Ibis hotels provided them and this one didn't. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The staff were courteous, but check-in took a long time. The location is good, near several restaurants and tourist spots.

The staff were attentive and the breakfasts were excellent, but the hotel needs renovation. Rooms are small and uncomfortable, the air conditioning works poorly, and they're very humid.
