The location is great, and the service is exceptional. There are also some excellent residents here. But at present, there are men living at the hotel who can’t be trusted and who harass or intimidate girls working alone. One of them goes by "Serrinha". He’s a taxi driver who waits at Dois de Julho and follows the girls. When a girl doesn’t respond positively, he threatens and coerces her.
