Great.

Really bad. I was looking at staying here for Carnival, but the price was too high, so I didn’t book then. I ended up going after Carnival and thanked God I hadn’t booked earlier. The hotel is falling apart. My room was dirty, with holes in the walls and a bathroom that was dirty, smelly, and crumbling too. The bedding was dingy, breakfast was the same and really bad, and the whole place lacked proper hygiene. Everything was dirty, including the old, filthy elevator. Our room was near the air conditioners, which made noise all day. I asked at reception early on to have the room cleaned and left the sign on the door. They contacted me to say the sign was on the floor and asked if I still wanted cleaning. I said yes, but it wasn’t done, and I was disappointed when I got back. When I reported what happened, nobody seemed to care about the mistake. The service from everyone was awful. The photos are misleading. Don’t stay here.

The location was the best part for me, right on the sand and facing the sea, which is great if you want to enjoy the beach without spending much. The room worked well, with a comfortable bed, an okay bathroom, and a quiet feel. I found the hotel cleaner and more organized than many reviews made it sound. It’s simple, and you can see some old or worn areas, probably from the sea air. Breakfast was good to me, with enough variety and tasty food, though it did get a bit repetitive from one day to the next. It’s not a luxury hotel, and anyone looking for something modern might not like it, but I thought the value was fair and would stay again.

The room was simple but cozy, and the shower was great, with really warm water. It does need some repairs, but nothing seemed alarming. I arrived in the early hours and found the room cool from the air conditioning and smelling nice. Check-in was excellent too, I was treated politely and warmly. I stayed from 30/04/2026 to 03/05/2026. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after seeing so many negative comments and feeling nervous about the place, I wanted to share my own experience. Cleaning was a positive: every day when I came back from outings, the room was clean, tidy, and smelled pleasant. I really missed having a phone in the room, which surprised me. It seems like a basic thing for safety and convenience. There also wasn’t an outlet near the bed, a small detail that matters day to day. Breakfast could be better too, especially the bread, which didn’t seem fresh. If you’re traveling solo, don’t mind a simple room, and mainly want to explore the city, you can go without worrying too much, as long as you know about a few limitations. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, based on the room I had, though I don’t know if all rooms are the same. Even with those issues, I’d return and stay again without a problem 😁
