The one good thing is how close it is to the beach. The location alone probably keeps this place going, but you give up a lot for it. The photos don’t look like the real place, which is run down. The owners don’t seem to care about making the stay enjoyable. I wouldn’t stay here again, and the experience makes me want to earn enough not to put myself through this kind of thing. There were roaches in the room, eggshells in the breakfast eggs, and the rooms felt kind of nasty. The Wi-Fi was unusable, which is especially frustrating since there seem to be many people here on business. Check-out wasn’t at 14h. The workers seemed pretty nice, though some looked extremely agitated. Maybe they deal with a lot of annoyed customers because management seems terrible. Trust the reviews, they’re accurate. You’re probably booking to save money. I guess this is what I get for trying to be cheap 😂 It felt like they worked extra hard to make sure I didn’t have a single enjoyable moment 😂

The location is great, and breakfast is included, but the place is grim. I found other hotels in similar locations for the same price that were better. My room was disgusting: the fridge was unplugged and moulding inside, there was a layer of dust on the entrance wardrobe shelf, and the bed sheet was ripped. The bathroom window was jammed open, and the staff at night check-in weren’t very attentive. I wouldn’t recommend this one. Andrade hotels are generally good value, just not this particular one.

The staff were nice, and breakfast was good, so that’s why I’m giving it two stars. Otherwise, it’d be zero. The room in person didn’t look like the pictures, and I felt frustrated when I saw it. It smelled bad at first. They had to replace the minibar because mine wasn’t working, the TV remote was broken too, and the shower was either too hot or too cold. What a shame!

It was okay. The restaurant food was good apart from breakfast, and breakfast itself was okay too. I got a so-so room at first, but there was a problem with it, so they moved me to a better room that didn’t have a view. Most of the guests seemed to speak Spanish, but very few staff did. That was weird.
