We only stayed one night because it was already late when we arrived and we had to stay somewhere. The room at Hotel Golfen HL wasn't fit for guests, it was dirty and smelled bad, so it was impossible to feel comfortable. Being right next to a nightclub also made it very noisy and hard to rest. We were required to pay for two nights in advance. It seemed to me they did that because guests might want to cancel once they saw the place as it really was. We explained that we were unhappy, but they returned less than we had paid. The way they handled the money didn't feel transparent or respectful. The facilities, service, and management were all disappointing, and not what I expect from a place offering accommodation. I can't recommend it.

The nightclub next door made noise all night, and with the hotel being used for short stays, it was even worse. The rooms were old and dirty. A horrible hotel.

There was no way we could stay there. I got there at 7 pm, then waited about 30 minutes while they supposedly cleaned the room. The sheets, room, and bathroom all had a really strong, unpleasant smell. There was no blanket, toilet paper, towel, or even a fan. The staff themselves were making a lot of noise too. The listing said breakfast was included, but there wasn't any. I left at 3 in the morning. A terrible experience, it wouldn't be worth even R$30 a night.

The attendant was very attentive, but the place itself doesn't help. There's a nightclub right next door.

Under new management, the hotel has been renovated and is nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, and the service was great. I recommend it.
