The reception staff were very unfriendly. The guy at the desk was a real pain and refused to accept my international passport because I didn’t have a CPF number. They also insist on collecting all kinds of personal information. If you’re a foreigner, I’d say don’t stay here. And if you’re Brazilian but don’t want to share your CPF, I’d avoid it too. I’d give the reception zero stars if I could.
