With so many international guests, you’d expect more English speakers, especially at the front desk. The hotel could also be cleaner.

The staff were very attentive and courteous, and the breakfast was tasty and generous. The hotel felt cosy, and even left a welcome note and a little gift. Its location is good. There was a bit of noise at night, but that’s understandable for a room facing the street in the city centre. I only stayed one night and had a peaceful visit. For a longer stay, though, I think it would be more comfortable to have extra hangers and one or two hooks in the bathroom.

Hotel Santa Cruz has become my first choice in Santa Cruz do Sul. I plan to return, and it’ll be my pick for future editions of Oktoberfest, thanks to the comfort, hospitality, and great location. The rooms were comfortable, well organised, and very clean, and breakfast had plenty of variety and was clearly prepared with care. Everyone on the team was friendly and available, which made the hotel feel even more welcoming. From my first contact onward, I was met with professional, courteous attention that showed how much the team cares about welcoming guests. Thanks to the staff for the great service and care in every detail. I recommend Hotel Santa Cruz with confidence and enthusiasm. 🌟
