The room was spacious, and the sheets and towels were clean. The team welcomed me warmly, served a great regional breakfast early in the morning, and shared all kinds of tips about the city.

The inn was clean, and the staff were kind, though they seemed lost when it came to helping and dealing with guests. Breakfast was weak. The city feels unsafe, and the door from the street into the rooms was left unlocked and unmonitored.

For visitors to Santa Cruz, Pousada Terra Santa is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, the space is airy and air-conditioned, breakfast is included, the location is excellent, and the prices are good. I recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Cruz, Rio Grande do Norte.

It's right in the city center, and the manager was notably kind and empathetic. The rooms need renovation, though, and the service quality and management need improvement.

Clean, tidy room, good breakfast, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The price was fair and the service excellent. I'd recommend staying here.
