The outdoor space is a real plus for families. There's a big lawn and open area, chickens and rabbits, a games room, and toys for little kids. A fire was lit at night, which warmed us up and made things feel cozy and even a bit romantic. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The inn was clean and well looked after, and very peaceful. You mostly hear nature, though it's still about a five-minute drive from the center. The sauna wasn't working, which was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, and the homemade guava jam was delicious, but I missed having more homemade, rustic choices to match the inn's country feel, like homemade cakes and more traditional pão de queijo.

The meals deserve special mention. They were delicious, well prepared with good ingredients, and had a homemade flavor that reminded me of food from the countryside. The setting is beautiful, with a lovely view of nature, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and relax. The outdoor area is charming, too. The pool was excellent and well maintained, and the animals add to the rural feel, especially if you're traveling with family. There's also a games room with activities for different ages. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we slept well in the quiet. The place has a rustic charm while still being practical and comfortable. Service was another highlight: from the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.

The owners were warm and patient when answering all our questions, and their tips made the outing even more enjoyable. The animals were adorable and made the visit more fun. We also loved the pool and comfortable rooms, and the breakfast had so much variety that it was hard to stop eating. Such a relaxing, cozy place, well worth a visit.

I stayed for four nights and was welcomed with a gift and a birthday cake. Kamila, Karina, and baby BE were so caring and made sure every detail was taken care of so I could rest. Pousada Jacutinga looks just like the photos, and even better. It's rustic and cozy, with a peaceful country feel and lovely energy. If you want to connect with nature and get away from the rush of a big city like São Paulo, this is the perfect setting.
