Sênior Parque Hotel

It was okay.

I didn’t have a good stay. Close to 10 at night, there was extremely loud music by the pool, loud enough to hurt my ears. I hope it doesn’t happen again. The woman at the desk was really attentive, though, and she moved me to another room so I could get some rest.

The staff were very responsible, and breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and natural juices. I had a really good experience, and the place itself was pleasant.

The first time I stayed here, I had a good impression. It’s in a leafy area, the room was new and everything worked, and the older woman who helped me was polite and welcoming. I’d left a positive review in November, but I want to change it after coming back in December with my elderly father. We arrived close to midnight and he wanted water that wasn’t cold. The employee at reception said they only had cold water, and that she’d have to go “back there” to check for room temperature water. She showed no warmth or willingness to help. Would it have been so hard to get a bottle? My father waited for her to take the initiative, but she didn’t. She also never told us when breakfast was served. The next morning, while I went to the car in the parking area in front of the hotel entrance, my father stepped outside too. The same employee asked him how long we were staying. I didn’t understand why, since checkout was at noon and it was only around 10. At 11, I took my bags out to the car before coming back to settle the bill. As my father passed reception, she stopped him again to ask if we were already leaving. Honestly, I couldn’t understand why she was so concerned. It felt disrespectful and completely lacking in professional ethics. I was very embarrassed for my father, who was elderly and staying there with me for the first time. He noticed that he wasn’t being treated well. Why didn’t she ask me instead of stopping him? I’d gone out the door first with the bags, and she waited for me to leave before approaching him. What was that about? After putting my bags away, I came back and told her I was just storing them in the car and would return to pay. If all this was because she was afraid a guest might leave without paying, then this kind of service will cost the hotel customers. They’ve lost me. I’ll never stay there again.
