Bristol Santo André Hotel

The location worked really well for us. The hotel is near major attractions, yet felt like a quiet break from the city. Our room had a lovely view, and it was spacious, spotless, and well laid out, with modern comforts. The bed was plush and we slept well. The staff were warm from the start, and check-in was quick. A friendly concierge also offered personalized suggestions for local attractions. We enjoyed the restaurant too, with plenty of tasty dishes made from fresh ingredients. Breakfast had everything from local food to international favorites. We spent a lot of time by the clean pool, surrounded by greenery, and the fitness center was well equipped and maintained. The stay exceeded what we expected for service, comfort, and luxury. We can’t wait to come back.

The gym is great, and the service was nice. The hotel feels updated and is in a convenient part of Santo André, close to shops, restaurants, a mall, and public transportation. Breakfast has several choices for people without dietary restrictions. They were willing to make a vegetarian sandwich with lettuce and tomato, which I appreciated, but there’s room to be more thoughtful about nutrition and cultural needs. They could offer options like oats, cuscuz, or plant-based alternatives.

We spent an extended stay at Bristol in December, and it couldn’t have gone better. The location is safe, walkable, and convenient for getting to Sao Paulo by public transport. Breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant and bar staff were incredibly polite. Whenever we needed something, the staff went above and beyond, even arranging a late check-out for our departure day. Pietra at the front desk was always ready to help. 10/10.

Great.
