Luzia was the best part of the stay. She was so caring and helpful, made us feel welcome, and looked after us throughout. She’s a wonderful host, and anyone staying here will be warmly received by her. The pet policy, though, was frustrating and left a bad impression. We brought two mixed-breed dogs weighing 12 and 15 kg. The inn classified them as large, even though they clearly fall within small and medium sizes by veterinary criteria. That meant an extra R$ 100,00 per night, which was already questionable. What made it more disappointing was that there was no space or basic support for pets, not even water provided or any consideration for people traveling with animals. Paying that much without getting anything in return was unpleasant and hard to justify.

The room was clean, and Luzia, who works there, was so attentive. I loved everything. I did worry about Negão, the dog who lives there, though. He seemed very overweight and had such a sad look. I hope he’s doing better when I come back someday.

We had a lovely weekend at the inn. The staff were polite, the accommodation was comfortable, and the recreation area had a beautiful view. Breakfast was great too. It’s only about 1.5 km from the town center, so we’ll be back soon.

The room was very dirty, and the firewood was damp, so we couldn’t use the fireplace. Breakfast was average.

The view from the chalet and the deck is beautiful, with the whole town spread out below. Breakfast was tasty and served in a cozy dining room. We stayed in the red chalet, which smelled wonderfully clean as soon as we opened the door. Everything was neat and thoughtfully done, from the cozy decor to the clean, comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding. The shower got really hot, a big comfort on a cold night, and there was a good TV with phone connectivity and a mini fridge. The whole chalet area is clean, organized, nicely decorated, and clearly signposted. The hosts were so nice, attentive, and concerned about our comfort. It’s a spectacular place, I’d love to live there, and I’ll definitely come back.
