Cores e Flores da Serra by Concavus

The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh, with cleaning and towel changes every day. We stayed in the cottage with a whirlpool, about 10 minutes from the town center. Access was easy, with only about 100 meters of dirt road, and we had a gate remote so we could come and go at any hour. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed sitting with the owners, Sr.Claudio and his wife Cidinha, chatting and getting good tips about the Lageado area where the inn is. Overall, it's a very clean, cozy place in a convenient location.

We picked cores e flores on booking for our one night in Santo Antônio do pinhal, and I loved it. The room was cozy and smelled wonderful, the heater worked really well, the shower water was nice and hot, and the room got properly dark, just how I like it. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with pretty dishes and a very tidy setting. Such a lovely, welcoming place!

A very pleasant three-day stay, and I'd highly recommend the place. Breakfast was simple but complete. I'd rate the rooms 4, since they didn't clean or make the beds during our stay, and service gets the same rating for that reason. The location was advertised with a bit of a white lie: it's 1.3 km from the center, and the entrance road is poorly maintained. We scraped the underside of the car several times.

The room was comfortable enough for the affordable price, and the shower was very good. The inn was quite clean, and I didn't find access difficult as long as you pay attention. You get a remote for the gate, so you can come and go freely at any time. We did have a few issues: the internet was out for several hours, and the TV remote didn't work, so we had to download the app. The mountain view wasn't good, since from the lower part of the property you mostly see brush. The man who checked me in was very grumpy and spoke quietly and quickly. When I asked a question, he'd start with, 'so, as I already said...' Breakfast was decent for the price, so don't expect much. The serving hours were inconvenient too, from 08:30 to 10:30, which starts too late if you're heading out early. Check-in and checkout timing was poor: you have to leave by 11:00, but can't arrive until 15:00. I don't see why they need a four-hour gap to prepare the room between guests.
