The only real plus is the central location. The rooms are very small, and the nightly rate doesn't match the quality of the place. Cleaning also fell short, both in the room and on items like the blanket, sheets, and bathroom. Since much of the room is wood, the musty smell was really bothersome, especially because I have respiratory problems. We were first put in an upstairs room with only 220V outlets. My husband uses a sleep apnea machine, and we couldn't plug it in because there was no converter. We had to carry our bags downstairs and move to another room with a 110V outlet.

The location is excellent, and breakfast is simple but complete. My room was very noisy and the bed was uncomfortable. The parking lot is so cramped, with cars packed on top of each other, that if you need to leave in an emergency, forget it. It's awful.

The staff were great and really committed to the guests, and the bedding was very clean, which matters a lot to me. But the mattress is truly awful, and getting a good night's rest is the main thing. It was a nightmare trying to sleep, and the traffic noise got even worse in the morning. They should get a good mattress and replace the windows with PVC ones, which is very important in noisy places.

Right in the commercial and tourist center of Santo Antônio do Pinhal, this inn is clean and very affordable. The rooms are tidy and nicely decorated, the staff are polite and helpful, and breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.
