I rated it four stars because a few improvements feel essential. There should be a rack with hangers, and the bathroom needs more towel hooks. There's only one for a face towel and one for a bath towel, which isn't enough. I also think robes should be provided for after using the hot tub. Finally, we missed having a “do not disturb” tag for the door, which would have avoided an embarrassing and unpleasant situation we experienced.

The chalets are clean and cozy, with a huge hot tub, a very comfortable bed, and great sound insulation. You can't hear anything from the other chalets. We woke up to birdsong and found it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. At check-in, you choose a breakfast time and pick the sides you'd like. They bring it to your chalet at that time in a lovely picnic basket, which made the experience even better. Getting there is easy enough and the dirt road begins right at the entrance to town, though a small stretch has some hills and potholes that could make it harder in heavy rain. The only thing we missed was somewhere to put our clothes, since there's just a rack. Otherwise, it was well worth the stay, and we'll definitely return.

We stayed over New Year's 2024 and loved it. There are only six chalets, set at the edge of the forest, so it's quiet except for the sounds of nature. The cleanliness was top notch, and Márcia, who looked after us during our stay, was incredibly kind. Breakfast came in baskets at the agreed time, with the items we'd chosen. The bed and hot tub were especially comfortable.

I had an incredible weekend. The chalets are set in nature, with privacy and a beautiful view, and they're extremely clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making it. The hot tub was as wonderful as we'd expected and very clean. We slept really well in the spacious, extremely comfortable bed. It's well worth going as a couple. Sr. Carlos gave us a lovely welcome, and we'll definitely come back.
