Atlântico Flat Gonzaga

My 80-year-old mother and I were shocked and deeply disturbed by the sounds of a pornographic film being recorded in the next apartment during our stay. When I told the receptionist, they brushed it off, saying the person making the noise was a "regular guest" who apparently thought filming that kind of content on the premises was acceptable. It was embarrassing and upsetting, especially with my elderly mother there. A hotel should feel safe and comfortable for families, and this was completely unacceptable. Management needs to address the issue so guests don’t have to encounter this kind of explicit activity. Until they take appropriate measures, I can’t recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly place to stay.

The apartment was big, and breakfast had enough for me to eat. Still, the hotel is pretty worn out and not the cleanest. There was no safe in the room, the bed was short at 190 cm, and the elevator wasn’t reliable.

The rooms have a microwave, minibar, and air conditioning, and the location is great, near Gonzaga beach and Balneário mall. The accommodations are a bit old, but good for the price of the stay.

Awful experience. The service was poor, the rooms worn out, and the whole setup felt amateurish and misleading. Breakfast wasn’t included, parking cost extra, and there was no soap or shampoo.
