It’s an old hotel, though the rooms are spacious and breakfast is included. You can walk to the beach, a mall, and plenty of restaurants. The location is great, and age is the main downside.

I was there from June 16-July 02 2016, after my cousin in Santos booked the place for me. It felt like a very good deal, and I’d happily stay again. They changed the sheets daily. Breakfast had lots of cleaned and sliced local fruit, cold cuts, and eggs made to order. Fantastic!

The staff are nice, and the beach is close, but the hotel is falling apart. It’s sad to see nobody caring for this historic place. The doors are so thin you can hear the neighbours’ TV, and the beds are hard and old. I’ve stayed here twice, and that’s enough. I won’t come back.

It’s an old heritage building and could use some modern upgrades, especially better WiFi coverage. Still, the team is nice, the service is good, and the location is really convenient. If you’re here with friends or family to enjoy the beach, the weak WiFi may not bother you. Just relax and have fun.
