Book Santos - Unlimited 3403 - A Melhor Vista!

The room we had was cozy and stylish, and the staff were wonderful. We found the hotel comfortable and cozy, with an excellent location. Thanks so much for the hospitality. I’ll definitely come back!

Customer support was terrible, and choosing this accommodation was a disaster. I wouldn’t choose it again.

We felt at home with BookSantos, whose team was always attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful few days and will certainly return to Unlimited. The apartment was just as advertised, new, comfortable, and very cozy. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, so we could cook and set the table every day without missing anything. Internet worked perfectly, the bedroom and living room both had air conditioning, and the shower was excellent. The condo is like a resort, and there’s a market downstairs, which made daily life easier. A couple of things could be improved: the sink mat needs replacing, and the cleaning could be more thorough, especially on the glass and mirrors.

I’ve stayed with Book Santos several times and never had trouble before, but this latest service fell short. I made just one request and it wasn’t handled. There was spare bedding in the apartment when we arrived, but the person responsible for cleaning took it all away, leaving too little for us to change the sheets again. When I asked about replacement pieces, the company sent a price list saying they had to be paid for individually. There was also a no-smoking sign inside the apartment, which I agree with, but it didn’t seem to work. In the apartment directly opposite, several teenagers were smoking marijuana. The smell came into ours and was so strong that it was often hard to sit in the living room. It was in the corridor too. I hope the company takes action and improves its customer service. I’m waiting for their response.
