I canceled my reservation the same day I made it and got an email clearly saying they would refund me. More than three months later, nothing has arrived. My emails get no reply. I've called twice, and each time she says she needs to talk to her boss. Booking tried to reach them too, and they hung up. Honestly, don't go there, they just steal your money. You owe me 520 reals, by the way.

The room was small but clean and cozy, and it had AC. The staff were super friendly.
