Sheraton Santos Hotel

What keeps bringing me back to the Sheraton in Santos is the staff. They're kind, professional, and attentive to the little details, which makes each visit memorable. I also find it easy to unwind here on business trips. The atmosphere is calm after a full day of meetings, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. I always look forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and warm hospitality.

The location works really well, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I liked the pool area, though the windows and tiles around it could use a proper clean. There isn't a lounge, but the bar's happy hour has a good choice of food and drinks. Some areas of the hotel weren't air-conditioned during 30-plus degree days. The rooms are starting to look worn too, with marks on the walls and fixtures that weren't fully attached.

Getting around Santos takes planning because traffic in and out is terrible at any time of day. The Uber trip to or from GRU airport takes about 2 hours 2 mins, while the other airport is a little quicker. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful once you're here. The hotel is conveniently near the beach, and there's a supermarket right across from the entrance. I spent four nights in a suite on a work trip. It was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. The water pressure was fantastic, and the rainfall shower was especially welcome in the height of summer. Room service was quick and friendly. The menu is small but has a good range of food. I'd happily recommend the Sheraton Santos hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Only a short stay, but I enjoyed it. The staff were efficient and kind, and both breakfast and lunch were top notch. I'd definitely return for work or a vacation.
