ibis São Bernardo do Campo

The unstable WiFi made me use my phone’s hotspot to get my work done, even though I stayed three nights. Otherwise, it’s a good budget option, with breakfast included and parking available for an extra charge. It’s right across from the shopping mall. Could have been five stars.

It’s a convenient choice for business or exploring the city, with shopping centers, business districts, and cultural attractions nearby. The hotel also has a 24-hour front desk, on-site parking, and a bar for drinks and light snacks. Staff were friendly and efficient when I needed help. The rooms are compact but clean and laid out efficiently, with a comfortable bed, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV. I found the breakfast buffet varied, with fruit, pastries, and hot items. The modern, functional setup makes for a comfortable and affordable stay.

The room was a letdown this time. The towels were very worn, and there were black stains on the bed linen, which wasn’t clean. Otherwise, it’s well located across from a shopping mall, with attentive staff, good facilities, parking and valet available, and a fair breakfast.

My room seemed new, was clean, and smelled good. The hotel has the familiar Ibis style, neither particularly sophisticated nor casual, and it’s well located near the downtown mall. It was enough for a night after a business day. The check-in and check-out reception were the frustrating part. I waited 30 min in line, and the breakfast offered was weak, with only a few food options.
