This is an old hotel, and our room was dirty and covered in mold. The staff were rude and didn't care about our needs. The room Expedia sold us wasn't the type we were given. Stay away.

The rooms are spotless, clean enough to eat off the floor. People are great and usually greet you very warmly, and breakfast has plenty of good options. The internet is the one letdown, it goes in and out too often and isn't always at its best. I'd highly recommend the place.

The third star is for the staff, who were very courteous. The owners should consider renovating soon. My room had a door lock hole patched with epoxy, 70s-era bathroom tiles and WC, weak window air conditioning, and an orthopedic mattress almost as hard as a plank. I was glad the small fridge had enough in it for the short stay the airline booked after my flight was cancelled.

The breakfast was good, but the hotel itself feels pretty dated.

The staff are kind, and the food is quite good. Pampas Hotel has all the infrastructure needed for an event, so it’s a great place to hold one.
