Hotel Acacia

Fine!

As a frequent guest, I'm still impressed by how excellent the service is. The team is attentive, and everything feels spotless, quiet, orderly, and safe. It's ideally located near the center, shops, restaurants, the bus station, and the train station. I have just two small suggestions: serve coffee from a thermal carafe so it stays hotter, and offer fresh juices. I definitely recommend the place and will be back soon. Congratulations to the whole team on their great work!

The central location and excellent service were the saving graces. The bed was low, the sheets smelled bad, and the ceiling fan was no good at all. Breakfast was very basic. Disappointing.

We generally liked the accommodation, cleanliness, and room service. Sometimes, if you contact them directly, they can reserve a parking spot, which you can book and pay for there at a discount with Pix. I only held back extra stars because we stayed two nights, and when I went to pay for the second night (Sunday), they said Pix wasn't accepted. I had to pay by card or cash and lose the discount. They hadn't told us beforehand, just said we'd know for next time. 🤦🏻‍♂️😆 The bed also needed maintenance. At checkout we usually leave and leave the key in the room, but this time I had to leave reception and go fetch it from another floor to hand it in. They hadn't told us about that either, and when you're in a hurry it makes a real difference.
