Pousada Santa Lolla

Okay.

Perfect.

The booking was for 18 people. I paid by Pix and waited for the invoice and email confirmation, but neither arrived. They used that as part of their reason for cancelling, saying I hadn't received the confirmation either, so apparently it was fine to cancel. The staff were polite at first and quoted me a good price. But they told me breakfast was included when it wasn't, and said they had enough rooms when they were actually three short. I checked the date and price about 20 times before going ahead. Mariana was completely disrespectful. Of course I was upset when they cancelled after giving me wrong information and failing to send any confirmation. More than five hours after payment, I still had no email, so what was supposed to assure me my money would come back? When I asked how long the Pix refund would take, Mariana felt entitled to be rude. I'm ashamed of this service and this employee.

We stayed with the family and had a nice time. The room was spacious, and even though the bathroom was shared, it stayed clean and organized. The price was very affordable, and the staff were attentive. It's close to the bus station, a market, and snack bars.
