There are stairs up to the room, which had air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a private bathroom with hot water. The little touches showed care and attention to detail. The place was exceptionally clean, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complete and varied. A very nice inn for an overnight stay.

They canceled our reservation on the day we were due to arrive, leaving us with no choice but to sleep in the car with a 5-year-old and a 12-year-old. That was a total hazard and showed a TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT from the owners and employees. We offered to pay in advance, but were told that wasn’t necessary. We had made the reservation in November 2022. If this is how you run this kind of business, you lack empathy, respect, and responsibility. Even after canceling, your attitude and behavior were shameful. They aren’t trustworthy. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

The rooms were very comfortable and had air conditioning, and the place was clean. The service was top-notch, with incredible kindness, and breakfast was amazing, with everything. It was very affordable too. We’ll be back in Brazil next year, and this will be our next stop without hesitation! 👐😀👍

We were at the border, already seven hours late and eager to reach the hotel and rest, when they sent me a WhatsApp on the day of arrival saying they had canceled our reservation. We had booked on November 16, 2022, for January 14, 2023, for six adults and two children. I’d offered to pay in advance by bank transfer or another method, but the person helping me said they didn’t take advance payments and assured me the reservation was secure. We offered to pay again on the day, and they refused. Then they canceled the whole booking without further ado. With no rooms available at any other hotel that day, we had to sleep in the car with two children. SHAMEFUL! It was a TOTAL DISRESPECT. They broke the trust guests should be able to place in them. THE BEHAVIOR OF THESE PEOPLE IS DISGRACEFUL!!!! NEVER, EVER, EVER BOOK WITH THEM.
