We could walk to most of the city’s attractions from here, which made getting around easy. Our ground-floor room was clean and cozy, and we really liked the hotel’s atmosphere. The staff were welcoming throughout. I’d recommend it to family and friends.

Breakfast had a nice mix of bread, fruit, cheese, and orange juice. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. This Posada is beautiful and totally worth it.

The internet kept disconnecting in both our room and the room our friends were in, and videos took a long time to load. The Pousada might want to invest in better routers and a faster connection. The bigger problem was the noise. A band was playing live at a place next to Pousada Villa Magnolia, and it went on until 3 am. My wife and I were on vacation with two friends from the U.S., and none of us could sleep that night. The manager said it was an outside issue and nothing could be done. I complained at reception and asked them to call the police, but the receptionist said that wouldn’t help because the police no longer go to parties to stop loud noise. I called the police several times myself, and they told me they hadn’t received any complaints from the Pousada. The customer service left me disappointed.
