Golden Tulip Sao Jose dos Campos

The rooms are comfortable and in good shape, though a little smaller than I’d prefer. The location is really convenient, right by the mall and other restaurants, and service across the hotel is excellent. I’ve always had a great stay at the Golden Tulip and would definitely recommend it.

Yunelis made check-in easy from the moment I arrived, greeting me warmly and having my reservation ready. She stayed attentive throughout my visit, and her knowledge of the hotel amenities, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment helped make my stay more comfortable. Thanks, Yunelis, for such high-level service. You’re a real asset to the hotel’s reputation. I’ll gladly return and hope to have the same desk experience.

The breakfast was the biggest letdown. The first morning I managed to eat a banana with honey, but the next day even that wasn’t an option because the bananas served were nearly rotten. For what it costs, breakfast didn’t make sense, and I wish I’d known so I could have booked without it and paid less. My room was also very noisy because the windows didn’t insulate well, and it lacked basics I’d expect at a four-star hotel, like an iron, slippers, and a kettle. On the plus side, it was very clean, the beds were okay, the front desk staff were nice, and the location was good.

Everyone working at the Golden Tulip was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We also had a safe, clean, comfortable room, with the mall nearby. We had a lovely stay and would choose it again if we’re back in the area.
