Eco Hotel Bouganville

We went in January 2026, two adults and one child. Our son loved the animals, and the chalet with a bathtub was wonderful. The restaurant food was delicious, too. The pool and hot tub water was dirty, which was disappointing, and the games room and bicycles were poorly maintained and need repairs. I only realized after our first meal that full board wasn’t included, just breakfast. Maybe I should have checked the website more carefully, but should the hotel have made that clearer too?

We were delighted by how beautiful and welcoming the place was. Our group of eight came for a company strategy planning session last weekend, choosing the hotel for its comfort and amenities. The restaurant made delicious meals for us, which made our time there even better. Service was perfect from booking through checkout, with a helpful and attentive team. You have a real treasure here.

The pools were so lovely my daughter didn’t want to leave, and the food at Restaurante Chilli was perfect. We stayed in a beautiful, super comfortable chalet at the beginning of the month. Loved it, and I already want to come back soon.

We booked a night hoping to relax and enjoy what the hotel advertises, but it wasn’t worth it. One jacuzzi was out of order, and the other smelled so strongly of urine that it couldn’t be used. The pool water looked so dirty we didn’t even want to get in. The only thing worth using was the pool table. The service I received was so bad I can’t give the hotel even a 2.
