Motel Chavelle

We stayed yesterday, 02/12/2025, to celebrate our silver anniversary, and had a great experience. The suite 34 was extremely clean and smelled fresh, and the meal was very well prepared. When I booked through WhatsApp, the person who helped me was lovely. I mentioned a traumatic experience at another place involving cigarette smell, and they added a note to my reservation. We'll definitely return, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

We got a suite with a hot tub, sauna and fireplace, and everything worked perfectly. The place was clean and organized, and reception treated us very well. Dinner, dessert and breakfast were all great. I want to come back soon.

We booked an overnight stay, and everything went smoothly from the WhatsApp reservation to checkout. Sandra was attentive and quick to respond. The room and bedding were clean, and the controls for music and air conditioning worked perfectly. The whirlpool was a good size for two, and I liked their breakfast notification too. I'd recommend it and will return. Given the overnight price, they could add a little treat, haha, but I have no complaints. Keep up the good quality.

The presidential suite was beautiful, clean and well organized, but the breakfast was a big letdown. I paid more expecting a bit better quality, but got only two very hard French rolls, two slices of cheese and two of ham, coffee, milk, and two tiny packaged cakes. My husband asked for more rolls because those were impossible to eat, and the woman said four more would cost an extra 18 reais, with another 6 reais for each slice of cold cuts. I was also disappointed that the bath salts cost extra. For such an expensive suite, I think they could take a little better care of their guests.
