The staff were kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make room for my autistic son's special needs. My family really appreciated that. Breakfast was very good and included in the rate. We had an excellent room with an east-facing balcony. The sea was right across the street, and the sunrise was gorgeous. The shower was easy to set to the temperature we wanted and had great water pressure. The pool and gym were decent, though nothing special. Dinner at the hotel restaurant wasn't worth the price to me because the portions were quite small. Parking cost an extra 20 BRL per night and wasn't covered. I'd recommend this hotel without hesitation for a family vacation. We had a great experience.

I ended up staying here after my flight was cancelled. While I was in my room, an employee opened the door without knocking and told me I had to move rooms. He sent me down to reception, where the clerk said they'd switch me eventually. It never happened. Very disrespectful, and I strongly wouldn't recommend this place.

The hotel is good, but plan on check-in taking at least half an hour. I've never had a slower process for checking in or out.

A really nice hotel, with great rooms and a very good atmosphere. It even has a heli garage.
