The breakfast was wonderful and had everything, and the street is quiet with little traffic. It’s close to the center, too. The service was exceptional, everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to share information. Thanks to João Paulo, Ana Paula, dona Denise, and the rest of the staff. We’ll be back.

It’s a simple pousada, but everything was clean, from the bed linens and towels to the bathrooms, and it’s well located. Breakfast was top notch, all fresh, and they really made an effort to help guests feel at home. Junior, Paulo Henrique, and Ana Paula are lovely people, and Dona Denise gets a 10.

The rooms are well ventilated, with a strong shower that has a comfortable temperature. It’s a cozy, family-like pousada, and D. Denise is a warm and welcoming host. Breakfast is plentiful, and there’s always hot coffee during the day.

The host was so welcoming and took great care of us. The pousada is lovely, cozy, and has clean rooms, with a tasty, generous breakfast. I loved the place. People around São Lourenço are so polite, the streets are clean, and the nature is incredible. Every time I’m there, I’m enchanted all over again. I love this place.

Good afternoon. I was treated very badly. I arrived at 6 in the morning with my husband and my 2-year-old daughter after traveling all night from São Paulo to São Lourenço. At the beginning of the month, I’d already said we would arrive between 5 and 6 in the morning, and they had said that was fine. But when we got there, there was no vacancy and they didn’t give us a room. The woman just said there was no vacancy and told us to leave. I had to rush around to find somewhere for my family to stay. It was a total disregard for us, absolutely outrageous. I’m dissatisfied. Terrible service, I don’t recommend it.
