Fantastic!

The sauna was a highlight, with comfortable room for about four people, and the pool is a good size with a nice view. There’s also a games room, though I wasn’t very interested in it. We booked the simplest suite and found a good room, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. The place itself is very pretty. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn’t scrambled egg, which I think is usually standard. It didn’t spoil the stay. There was a strange smell in the room, apparently from paint used during renovations, but a little air freshener cleared it up right away.

The room met expectations, with a good bed, clean surroundings, and a nice shower. The inn is simple but cozy, with interesting architecture. It’s in a great, quiet neighborhood, though a little outside the center, about seven minutes away. Breakfast is Minas Gerais style and very good, especially the cheese bread and orange cake. Staying here in São Lourenço is well worth it.

The leisure area has a games room, sauna, and pool, and we stayed in a standard suite with a balcony. The inn is in the upper part of São Lourenço, about a 10-minute drive from downtown. There’s no air conditioning in the room, but we didn’t need it because the location stays quite cool. Parking is limited, with only three spaces and no enclosed lot, so if the inn is full you may have to leave your car on the street. Breakfast is simple but tasty, with cakes, bread, cold cuts, and sausage. The serving window is a bit late and short, from 8:30 to 10:30. They have a baby crib, but check availability when booking and ask for it. I recommend it.
