Jf Studio Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in February, and the experience was genuinely good. It lived up to its rating during my stay, even though I was there only a short time.

The hotel was two blocks from our event, which made getting around during our stay easy. The family room was larger than it looked in the photo and fit our family of five comfortably. The reception is virtual, but someone was always available, and the friendly, dedicated staff were ready to sort out any problems. The bathroom had a couple of issues: the shower pressure was weak and the sink tap dripped. Breakfast was simple, though there was enough to put together full meals with carbohydrates, protein, and drinks.

We couldn’t get any sleep because guests in the room across the way played loud music and sang all night, and our messages asking for help went unanswered. Someone apparently asked them to turn it off, but with no staff on site, more people kept arriving and the party carried on into the day. My room was upstairs, with an old staircase, a large old wardrobe, and an outdated bathroom. There’s no in-person service, only online, so when something goes wrong there’s nobody there to sort it out. Breakfast was very poor, and nothing was replenished once it ran out. When I asked for water because there was no juice left, a rude woman told me to get it from the water dispenser and said the juice was finished. After checkout, I got a message saying the guests who partied would be charged more. What about the night I spent awake with my children because of that noise? Will I be compensated? Why didn’t anyone come when I reported it? I won’t return and can’t recommend this place.

Everything in our room worked perfectly, from the air conditioning and bed to the TV and Wi-Fi, and we found it really comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. It was my first time dealing with an online reception, but the service was still good.
