It was a very convenient, practical place to stay for holidays or everyday life. It was my home for three years.

Really great place!

The place itself is good, the building manager is very attentive, and it can be quiet, until a condo owner or tenant decides to throw a party and make a lot of noise. I rented an apartment for January 2025, but the owner of another unit started renovations during that same month. For 30 days I woke up to unbearable noise, and nothing was done. It was awful. The apartment owners don't respect the rules, and the attitude seems to be that guests who don't like it can just leave. I visit São Miguel often, but I won't stay in this condominium again. Some apartment owners also let their dogs roam the shared areas. São Miguel do Gostoso has better places where people respect others and show some empathy.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the condo management is easy to reach and attentive. It's a little far from the center, but the atmosphere is really pleasant. I recommend it.
