A charming pousada that feels warm and welcoming, with comfort and peace that make it a good fit for families. The place is very well cared for, and breakfast is excellent, varied, and full of flavor. It’s an enjoyable spot that leaves you wanting to return.

I wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be back. The pousada looks completely different from the photos. Our room was extremely small and had nothing to make the stay more comfortable: no table for bags, no hangers, and no bathroom rack. We had to leave everything scattered on the floor. Breakfast was awful, with hardly any choices. I felt sorry for the woman working there. She seemed to be doing everything, from cleaning and greeting guests to making breakfast, and couldn’t keep up with welcoming people properly. It felt exploitative. I felt misled by the photos. There are better and cheaper places.

Unfortunately, my experience with this pousada was extremely negative before I even stayed there. I asked for a quote on WhatsApp and got a rude, disrespectful reply. The person said they couldn’t help me at that moment and, without any courtesy, suggested I look for another pousada if I couldn’t wait, since the dates I wanted were far off, in June, lol. There was no empathy, politeness, or even basic professionalism. Whoever was on the other end, employee or owner, seemed totally unprepared to deal with the public. Hospitality starts with the first contact, and this was disappointing.
