An excellent condo with great facilities for residents.

I lived here with Tabas for almost a year. The internet went down about every five weeks on average, sometimes for as long as two days. And because of their mistake, shown in the attached photo, I was left without electricity for over 12 hours. Everything in my fridge was lost, I had to order food delivery, and they didn't acknowledge the delivery.

The building is on one of Pinheiros' main streets, Rua dos Pinheiros. It's between two stations in the neighborhood, Estação Fradique Coutinho and Estação Largo de Pinheiros, which is popularly called Largo da Batata.
