The laundry machines are awful. They need maintenance, and even after I clean them before use, my clothes come out dirtier than before, smelling like rotten rubber. You pay to wash clothes, then end up cleaning the machines yourself. Very convenient for OMO, which only has to pay its share of the water bill while residents are left to deal with it. The building manager gets nothing done. The elevators shake so much they’re frightening, and one has stopped while I was inside. I don’t even know if they’re maintained. It gets hot in the building, and there’s no air conditioning installation. With a fan on, it feels like being cooked in an air fryer. If your place faces instituto tomie ohtake, you may also have trouble sleeping because Amata SP on rua cunha gago has loud parties on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It’s not worth paying so much to live or stay somewhere you can’t sleep because of noise, can’t wash clothes properly, swelters in the heat, and worries about the elevator or being robbed nearby. Even at half the price, the stress wouldn’t be worth it.
