The location is good, but the daytime construction carried on into the night. Around 00h30 there was still work noise. Then, an hour before my scheduled checkout, someone walked into my room saying they had an inspection or maintenance to do. I was in the middle of an important appointment. How does a company lose track of who has checked out? Getting into the place was a saga too. I completed check-in three times and still kept receiving messages that it wasn’t done, so I had to use WhatsApp to confirm the reservation. I arrived 45 minutes before check-in, with no apartment number or access code. I called to get the details and asked the building staff to let me wait in the lobby. Ulisses was awful on the phone, but luckily I’d also messaged on WhatsApp and Kelly sent the information and got me in. I booked an apartment through booking, managed by 360 Soma, and the whole stay was a mess. I often come to this area and usually find other great places, but this time they were booked up and I ended up here. Now I understand why this was the leftover option. The service was terrible, and I won’t stay here again.
