The location is good, though the place is in poor shape. I couldn’t work there because the Wi-Fi signal was so weak, and the mattress was awful. I also couldn’t get any communication from the company.

The space on the pinturas looked larger in the pictures than it actually was. The air conditioning also didn’t work.
I stayed in unit 58B from June 3 to 7, 2024, paying R$1,138 for four nights, or R$284.50 a night. At that price, you can book good hotels in the area from R$250 a night, with breakfast and a standard hotel room, so I wouldn’t recommend the 360 Suítes Vila Madalena flats. The internet accepted the password they sent, but still didn’t work. There’s no reception on site, just a front desk to open and close the gate, so any issue means messaging support, waiting for a reply, and arranging a fix. The one thing that worked was the hot and cold air conditioning. The bathroom needs a deep clean. There was sludge on the walls and little drain insects, and the shower wasn’t hotel standard or maintained. Dirt in the water outlets made the spray go in all directions. The hose also came loose when I turned on the shower because its tip was loose, so I had to secure it with a clip. The curtain was ridiculous: half blackout curtain, half shower curtain on a ceiling rail, with light getting in from every side. The mattress was far too soft for a hotel and gave me a bad stiff neck on the first night. The fridge only cooled half of the freezer; the other half didn’t get cold.
We got a room with no shower screen curtain, and no sheets or towel for the third guest. They didn’t sort any of it out, so we were just left to deal with it. There seems to be no quality control: if your room has problems, they may not fix them while you’re there. It’s a gamble, and whether you get a room in good shape is just luck. I don’t recommend staying here, and we won’t be back.
Of all the 360 hotels I’ve stayed at, this one was easily the worst, at least in my opinion. I booked one room for two days because it looked really nice, but the sink was clogged, the air conditioning was weak, there were no batteries in the TV remote, and the internet didn’t work. When that stay ended, I booked another room in the same hotel. The air conditioning there wouldn’t even turn on, the internet still didn’t work, and the bedroom blind was broken, so I couldn’t get out onto the balcony. I messaged support and they did fix the air conditioning problem. When I complained about the internet, the agent gave me several different passwords and told me to keep trying them until one worked. I’ve stayed at several 360 properties, but I wouldn’t go to this one.
