It delivers what it promises and seems ideal for young people, but the cleaning and maintenance need more attention. The room is quite cramped, so I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay if you’ll be spending much time in there. The bathroom wasn’t well designed: the shower is good, but it floods the whole area. The building is being renovated, and the main entrance isn’t in use.
There’s a kitchen, laundry room, study room, and more, and the price is fair for what you get. The accommodation is excellent, with a very friendly team and a great location on Av. Nove de Julho. Getting around São Paulo by metro or bus is easy from there. I recommend it.
It’s clean and organized, with a good work counter, and the bed, linens, and shower are all good. The service and flexibility were good too. The room is small and there’s no breakfast, so it suits someone who’ll be out all day.
The team are friendly and pleasant, and the service was excellent. The location is excellent too, close to Avenida Paulista and Bixiga, one of the most charming neighborhoods in São Paulo.
The room was comfortable, with new furniture and a very good bed and pillows. The breakfast was disappointing.
